**INSALUD**, a medical center network specialized in regenerative medicine, is looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** to join our **Human Talent** team. **Modality:** In-person **Availability:** Immediate **Main Responsibilities** * Posting job openings on various employment platforms. * Resume screening and initial contact with candidates. * Conducting competency-based interviews. * Administering and interpreting psychometric and DISC assessments. * Coordinating interviews with area leaders. * Preparing psycho-occupational reports. * Tracking selection processes and supporting onboarding. * Assisting in Human Talent department activities as needed. **Requirements** * **Graduate of Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields** * Knowledge of **competency-based interviews** (STAR) and selection techniques. * Prior experience in recruitment (pre-professional or professional internships). * Proficiency in Excel and Google tools. * Assertive communication, organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and service orientation.
