Ongoing training for professional development At Mblens, we are looking for Sales Advisors: Requirements: * Completed secondary education * At least 2 months of experience in optical sales * Availability for full-time work * Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation **Responsibilities** * Serve customers according to our service protocol, addressing their visual, aesthetic, and budgetary needs. * Measure parameters for digital lenses. * Respond to inquiries via email or mobile phone. * Identify training needs and participate in training sessions. * Prepare orders for quality control review. * Track order delivery deadlines. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Complete payment receipts. * Conduct inventory counts. * Perform maintenance and cleaning of eyeglass frames. * Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. * Support inventory management, stock control, and product replenishment. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Commissions * Ongoing training **Requirements** * Minimum education: Secondary Education Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.3\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
