Job Description: An ophthalmological clinic requires an OPTOMETRIST **Requirements** \- Medical Technologist in Optometry or Optometry Technician. \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Age between 25 and 35 years. \- Availability to work during established hours. **Responsibilities** \- Perform comprehensive optometric evaluations (visual acuity, refraction, binocular and accommodative vision) using the center's equipment. \- Prescribe lenses and corrective measurements according to individual diagnosis. \- Provide technical advice to patients on lenses, filters, anti-reflective coatings, and frames based on their needs. \- Conduct supplementary tests under medical instruction (pinhole, OCT, pachymetry, retinography, topography, among others). \- Verify operational status of equipment under one's responsibility. \- Support basic equipment control and record clinical information in the patient’s medical record. \- Assist in informed lens sales and suggest stock improvements when required. \- Participate in visual campaigns, screenings, and external evaluations as assigned. \- Perform other duties as assigned. **Working Conditions** · **Fixed schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Benefits** \- Additional commissions: lens and frame prescriptions/sales. \- Pleasant work environment focused on professional development and positive organizational climate.
