Job Summary: Espacio is seeking a Clinical Child Psychologist for comprehensive care and an Organizational Psychologist for talent management and workplace climate. Key Highlights: 1. Clinical Child Psychologist ​**Job Mission:** Provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents, facilitating coping tools and emotional development, while actively involving the family in the therapeutic process. ​**Responsibilities:** * ​Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (interviews, administration of tests, and observation). * ​Design and implement personalized therapeutic intervention plans for developmental, behavioral, and learning disorders. * ​Provide parenting guidance and counseling sessions to parents or guardians. * ​Prepare detailed psychological and progress reports. * ​Participate in case meetings with Espacio’s multidisciplinary team. ​**Key Competencies:** Empathy, therapeutic playfulness, strong observational skills, and professional ethics. ​2\. Organizational Psychologist / Talent Management ​**Job Mission:** Manage human capital for our client companies, ensuring the selection of suitable personnel and fostering a healthy and productive workplace climate. ​**Responsibilities:** * ​Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (headhunting and competency-based assessment). * ​Design and facilitate corporate training workshops, *teambuilding* activities, and soft skills development. * ​Conduct Organizational Climate and Culture diagnostics. * ​Develop job descriptions and Functions Manual (MOF). * ​Advise management teams on human talent-related decision-making. ​**Key Competencies:** Assertive communication, results orientation, analytical ability, and leadership. ​Common Requirements for Both Positions: * ​**Education:** Professional Degree in Psychology. * ​**Legal:** Valid Professional License and Registration (mandatory for signing official reports). * ​**Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the respective specialty. * ​**Values:** Commitment to mental health, proactivity, and willingness for continuous learning.
