We are looking for a *Content Producer* to join our *Creativity and Content* team. ***Responsibilities:*** * Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives. * Create, produce, and edit content for social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and digital campaigns. * Proactively propose ideas, concepts, formats, and content opportunities. * Develop scripts, copy, and content structures for various formats and platforms. * Coordinate photo shoots, recordings, and audiovisual production. * Write scripts, copy, and storytelling for different formats. * Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery. * Analyze metrics and optimize content based on results. * Coordinate with design, media planning, and other teams to develop campaigns and content. ***Requirements:*** * Prior experience in digital content production and editing. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Knowledge of social media trends, formats, and dynamics. * Advanced proficiency in **editing tools** (CapCut, Premiere, etc.). * Experience shooting with iPhone. * Creativity, organization, and results orientation. * **Experience managing retail brands and multi-client accounts.** ***Benefits:*** * In-person work modality. * Food and transportation allowance upon payroll registration. * 50% EPS health insurance coverage. * Free Day on your birthday. * Excellent work environment and professional development opportunities.
