Develop creative communication materials for various channels. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and proactive professional to join our Human Resources team. Your main challenges will be: Recruitment and Selection: Execute comprehensive selection processes quickly and efficiently, filling operational, technical, and administrative vacancies within designated timeframes. Culture and Engagement: Collaborate in launching programs and activities that embody our corporate principles and reinforce workplace climate. Creative Communication: Develop communication materials and graphic resources for all our internal and external channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, bulletin boards, etc.). Talent Development: Support strategies for identifying potential, succession planning, and other organizational development initiatives. HR Department Support What Are We Looking For? Education: Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles.
