Key Responsibilities * Oversee recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. * Administer and maintain the BUK platform. * Manage HR documentation and administrative processes. * Coordinate training and development programs. * Monitor performance evaluation processes. * Support organizational culture initiatives, internal communication, and workplace climate. * Organize team integration activities and internal events. * Administer the distribution and tracking of assets assigned to staff. * Provide support for continuous improvement projects within the Human Resources department. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Human Management roles. * Familiarity with the BUK platform (preferred). * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement.
