HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
A company specialized in **Protection, Control, Automation, and SCADA Systems solutions**, with projects across the **energy, mining, and industrial sectors**, seeks a professional to lead comprehensive Human Resources management, with a strong focus on **people development, culture, and organizational climate**. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead initiatives related to **culture, organizational climate, and employee experience**, strengthening commitment and sense of belonging.
* Design and execute actions related to **employee well-being, integration, internal communication, and recognition**.
* Identify opportunities for improving workplace climate and develop action plans.
* Coordinate **performance evaluation, development, and training** processes.
* Develop and manage the **Annual Training and Development Plan**.
* Support leaders and supervisors in people management, communication, and resolution of workplace issues.
* Coordinate **recruitment, selection, onboarding, and hiring** processes, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
* Supervise **personnel administration, payroll, vacations, compensation, and employment documentation**.
* Manage SCTR, Life Insurance under Law, occupational medical examinations, and other personnel-related services.
* Provide support in **labor relations, Peruvian labor legislation, and SUNAFIL requirements**.
* Develop and analyze **Human Capital KPIs**, reports, and indicators related to climate, turnover, training, and performance.
* Participate in audits, standardization processes, and process improvement projects.
* Propose and implement strategies contributing to **organizational development and optimization of HR processes**.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* **Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Psychology**, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum **3 years of experience in similar positions**.
* Proven experience in **Organizational Culture and Climate, Development, Well-being, and Talent Management**.
* Experience in **competency-based selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation**.
* Knowledge of **Personnel Administration, compensation, and Peruvian labor legislation**.
* Proficiency in **Intermediate/Advanced Excel** and HR management systems.
* Desired experience in project-based, mining, energy, or industrial companies.
