We are a growing Peruvian company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of hygiene, cleaning, and personal care products. We are currently seeking a committed, people-oriented professional to lead our Human Resources management. Main Responsibilities * Execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Administer employment contracts, vacations, leaves of absence, and labor documentation. * Coordinate onboarding and training programs. * Manage workplace climate and address employee inquiries. * Coordinate performance evaluations and monitor HR indicators. * Organize wellness and team integration activities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. * Coordinate with external HR-related providers and entities. Requirements ✅ Licensed professional in Psychology. ✅ Specialization in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. ✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions. ✅ Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. ✅ Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. ✅ Availability for on-site work in Villa El Salvador.
