Job Summary: SEGUROC S.A. is seeking a licensed psychologist to conduct assessments, counseling, and psychological health support in Pueblo Libre, Lima. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct psychological assessments and interviews as required. 2. Support psychosocial risk assessment activities. 3. Participate in psychological health promotion campaigns. SEGUROC S.A., a security, surveillance, and alarm company located in the district of Pueblo Libre, Lima, requires the services of a psychologist to perform psychological assessments. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Licensed and registered psychologist. \* Professional experience in organizational, occupational, or related fields. \* Experience in psychological assessment and counseling. \* \* Preferably experience in companies with large workforces. \* Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills. **Primary Services to Be Provided** * Psychological assessments and interviews according to service requirements. * Execution and/or support of psychosocial risk assessment activities. * Preparation of psychological reports and documentation. * Participation in psychological health promotion campaigns and activities. * Provision of professional recommendations related to contracted services. * Other activities related to the scope of the professional service. **CONDITIONS** Service contract with honorarium receipt Fully on-site, Monday to Friday (6 hours per day) Monthly remuneration: S/1,130\.00 Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
