Job Summary: We are seeking a Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst to lead workflow optimization, identify bottlenecks, and drive digital transformation with AI. Key Highlights: 1. At Kinsa Corp, a company dedicated to providing services and manufacturing advertising graphic products, we seek a Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst to lead the optimization of our workflows. You will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and implementing new processes that eliminate bottlenecks, improve service quality, reduce operational time, and promote digital transformation through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Responsibilities * Document, map, and record current processes across all departments of Kinsa Corp. * Identify bottlenecks, functional redundancies, and critical points. * Propose and implement improvements based on Lean, Kaizen, or similar methodologies. * Develop and redesign processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and internal/external customer experience. * Promote the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools across departments to optimize repetitive tasks and accelerate operations. * Train teams on new tools, best practices, and methodologies. * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs) and deliver continuous improvement reports. * Design efficient operational workflows for graphic services, production, logistics, sales, marketing, and administration. * Ensure sustainability of implemented processes through follow-up and control. * Coordinate with department leaders to ensure proper execution of proposed changes. * Drive an internal culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in process analysis and continuous improvement. * Proficiency in **AI tools**: automation, data analysis, report generation, workflow optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Automate, Notion AI, among others). * Knowledge of methodologies: **Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen**. * Experience in process mapping using BPMN, flowcharts, and RACI matrices. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs) and analytical tools. * Ability to lead change and manage continuous improvement projects. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Prior experience in service or manufacturing companies is desirable.
