Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support the creation and posting of job openings, resume screening, and competency-based interviews. Key Highlights: 1. OUR VISION IS TO CONTINUE GROWING AND BECOME A LEADING BRAND IN THE PERUVIAN MARKET. IN THIS OPPORTUNITY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENT TO FILL THE POSITION OF RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS: Graduates in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Technical and/or university education. Minimum 3 months of experience in personnel selection processes across various departments. Over 21 years of age. Resident of Lima, with availability to work in VILLA EL SALVADOR. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Responsible and committed. Dynamic and proactive. Quick learner. Proficient in Excel at the user level. Experience conducting competency-based interviews. RESPONSIBILITIES: Creation and posting of job openings. Resume screening. Competency-based interviews. Preparation of employment contracts and follow-up on renewals. Maintenance of employee files. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Trusted position. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Salary range subject to evaluation. Starting at S/1600; salary will increase based on strong performance. Salary: Starting from S/.1,600.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment
