We provide a real, dynamic learning space with continuous mentoring in the organizational context. **Requirements:** * Psychology student in the **9th or 10th cycle**. * Exclusive focus on the **Organizational / Human Resources** field. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word). * Availability to work onsite in **Santiago de Surco**. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Strong communication skills, empathy, organization, and proactivity. * Prior recruitment experience is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **Recruitment and Selection** processes (CV screening, preliminary phone interviews, scheduling, and initial interviews). * Assistance in administering, scoring, and interpreting **organizational psychometric and projective tests**. * Support in activities related to **Organizational Climate, Culture, and Employee Well-being**. * Collaboration in logistics and execution of the internal **Training Plan**. * Updating personnel files and departmental databases. **Benefits:** * **Monthly financial stipend**. * Excellent work environment and continuous learning. * Compensation between S/1,130 and S/1,500, based on interview evaluation. * Career development path within the company.
