What We Are Looking For: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Licentiate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in generalist HR positions or analyst roles. * **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in current labor legislation (basic/intermediate level). * Experience with recruitment tools and projective/psychometric assessments. * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel** (proficiency in pivot tables and formulas for reporting).
