Contribute to a positive work environment and enhance the employee experience. **Talent Management Analyst (focus on Soft HR functions, with support in Hard HR functions)** We seek a professional passionate about **talent management and human development**, who can bring fresh ideas and execution capability to initiatives related to workplace climate, culture, training, and internal communication. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in **Industrial Engineering**, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in **Soft HR processes**: selection, onboarding, training, workplace climate, internal communication, and talent development. * Basic knowledge of **Hard HR processes** (payroll, contracts, attendance) to support administrative HR management. * Intermediate Excel skills; SAP knowledge is desirable. **Competencies** * Creativity and initiative to drive workplace climate and culture programs. * Organization, analytical ability, and results orientation. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Design and execute training and development plans. * Implement and monitor workplace climate and organizational culture programs. * Manage internal communication and team integration activities. * Provide support for administrative HR tasks (payroll, contracts, attendance).
