The main responsibilities include: * Fully manage recruitment processes for operational and administrative positions. * Track recruitment metrics. * Propose improvements to talent attraction and candidate experience processes. * Manage and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring timely delivery of access credentials, tools, and documentation. * Coordinate organizational onboarding and role-specific onboarding across the company. * Prepare monthly reports and presentations for management. * Participate in internal audits or corporate information requests. * Identify opportunities to optimize talent-related processes. Requirements: * Two years of experience in similar roles. * Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Administration. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
