Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for an importing and distribution company of spare parts to manage accounting operations and account analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounting for vehicles and heavy machinery. 2. Proficiency in accounting systems such as CONCAR and SISPAG. 3. Support in various accounting functions and account analysis. We are an importing and distribution company of spare parts for Heavy Vehicles, Heavy Machinery, and Engines, serving customers in the Transportation, Mining, Construction, and Industrial sectors. We are currently seeking 1 professional for the position of ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT with the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Graduates of Accounting programs. Minimum three years of experience. Advanced-level Excel proficiency. Proficiency in CONCAR and SISPAG. Desirable: Financial statement interpretation, account analysis, and bank reconciliations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Record payment vouchers in the system, verifying compliance with the Payment Voucher Regulations. Register accounting transactions in the system (CONCAR or other accounting ERP systems). Correctly manage and apply withholding and retention regulations. Accrue revenues and expenses. Import and load Excel templates into the accounting system. Process petty cash documentation daily. Record promissory notes and electronic invoices (FEC). Perform account and cost center analyses. Record and monitor mobility expenses by cost center. Track and control accounting documentation. Maintain proper and organized physical and digital files.
