Opportunity for professional development and continuous training Field Sales Representative / Specialized Channel / Lima and Provinces **Lima (with frequent travel to provinces)** A reputable industrial company engaged in the production and marketing of fish feed is seeking a **Field Sales Representative**, results-oriented, with field sales experience and the ability to build long-term business relationships. What profile are we looking for? * Must reside in Huacho (mandatory) * Minimum **1 year of field sales experience** or similar commercial roles * Technical or university education in **Fisheries Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Food Industries, or related fields** (preferred) * Knowledge of sales techniques and intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office** * Willingness to travel regularly within **Lima and provinces (North, Central, and Eastern regions)** * Proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and goal-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities: * Manage and develop assigned customer portfolio to achieve commercial objectives * Conduct field visits to producers, fish farmers, and distributors in Lima and provinces * Prospect new customers and generate business opportunities * Market the company’s product portfolio in compliance with corporate commercial policies * Meet commercial performance indicators, including number of visits, portfolio growth, and sales volume * Provide technical advisory services and timely customer support throughout the sales process * Track orders, deliveries, and collections for the assigned portfolio * Monitor market conditions, competitors, and brand positioning to identify improvement opportunities * Prepare work plans, visit routes, and commercial reports What We Offer: * Employment with a stable and growing company * Full statutory payroll from day one (General Regime) * Profit-sharing participation * Attractive compensation scheme comprising **commissions + transportation allowance** * Professional development opportunities * Ongoing training on products and market dynamics **This position is based in Lima and involves fieldwork, with availability for frequent travel to the North, Central, and Eastern regions of the country.** **No payment or deposit of any kind is required to participate in the recruitment and selection process, nor at any stage thereof.
