We are Servisa, currently seeking a committed, results-oriented Fleet Technician responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and maintenance of our vehicle fleet. Main Responsibilities: - Conduct periodic inspections of the vehicle fleet. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. - Carry out repairs on engines, braking systems, suspension, tires, and electrical systems. - Maintain control and records of all performed maintenance activities (reports). - Schedule maintenance services according to the established plan. - Coordinate with the responsible department to ensure vehicle availability. Requirements: - Completed technical studies in Automotive Mechanics or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles or fleets. - Knowledge of diagnosis and repair of electrical and electronic systems. - Knowledge of tire and suspension system maintenance. - Familiarity with vehicle safety regulations. - Availability to work in Lima.
