Job Summary: This position ensures the optimal operation of an outpatient clinic, delivering an exceptional patient experience, operational efficiency, and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial metrics management and sales campaigns **Purpose of the Position** To ensure the proper functioning of the outpatient clinic, guaranteeing an excellent experience for each patient, efficient operations, achievement of commercial metrics, and effective team leadership. **Responsibilities** * Maintain order, cleanliness, and supply inventory * Manage inventories of medical supplies and biosafety materials * Supervise the patient care process from admission to discharge * Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize calendar utilization * Manage patient satisfaction surveys, complaints, and opportunities for improvement * Manage petty cash, income, expenses, and daily closing * Analyze commercial metrics and marketing KPIs * Coordinate commercial campaigns and monitor progress toward sales targets * Organize staff schedules, shifts, and leave requests Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
