On behalf of the **Maintenance Office**, we are seeking 1 **Administrative Support Assistant** who meets the following profile: **Job Mission:** To provide administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Maintenance Office by managing information, tracking requirements, and controlling administrative processes, thereby contributing to operational continuity, management traceability, and timely execution of departmental activities. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the Maintenance Office’s administrative documentation, including generation, receipt, registration, archiving, and control of service requests, purchase orders, technical reports, service acceptances, and regularization documents, ensuring proper traceability and availability. * Track preventive and corrective maintenance orders, verifying compliance with established deadlines, coordinating corresponding invoicing, and communicating service status to suppliers and management, thereby supporting operational continuity. * Coordinate administrative requirements among the Maintenance Office, university units, and suppliers, tracking orders and purchase requests to facilitate timely execution of departmental activities. * Maintain up-to-date administrative records and controls for the Maintenance Office, consolidating relevant information and documentation to support process tracking and managerial decision-making. * Provide support to suppliers and contractors, receiving and channeling inquiries related to purchase orders, invoicing, and other administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and timely management. * Comply with and promote adherence to the university’s occupational health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe working environment and regulatory compliance. * Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, supporting departmental objectives. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration or related field. * Two years’ experience in the Education, Retail, or Industrial sector. * Two years’ experience in administrative functions. * Two years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant. * MS Office * Knowledge of administrative and documentation management; procurement processes, purchase orders, and service acceptances; etc. Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your field of study and academic degree (e.g., graduate, degree holder)? * What is your salary expectation? * Are you currently employed?
