Position Summary: We are seeking architects to provide comprehensive technical support for engineering and construction projects, from preliminary evaluation through civil works execution. If you are interested, please send your CV to WhatsApp 999 436 259*** POSITION OBJECTIVE Provide comprehensive technical support to the Technical Office and Project Development Department, participating in project development from the preliminary evaluation and pre-feasibility stage through technical file preparation, multidisciplinary coordination, document management, and support during project execution. This position targets young professionals with strong learning capacity, organizational skills, and technical judgment, interested in developing their careers in project management, technical office operations, and construction management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Architectural Project Development * Prepare conceptual architectural proposals and preliminary designs. * Develop architectural designs for buildings and infrastructure projects. * Prepare architectural drawings for housing, commercial, industrial, and public facility projects. * Prepare technical presentations for clients. * Develop project modeling and graphical representations. * Support technical file development. 2. Preparation and Drafting of Specialty Drawings Participate in the preparation, coordination, and review of drawings across various specialties: * Architecture * Structures * Sanitary Installations * Electrical Installations * Mechanical Installations * Electromechanical Installations * Communication and Data Systems * Security and Evacuation Systems * Fire Protection Systems * Water and Sewerage Networks * External Electrical Networks * External Works and Urban Planning * Topography and Site Location * Signage and Safety * Other complementary specialties required per project. 3. Technical Office * Support technical file preparation. * Prepare descriptive reports. * Prepare technical specifications. * Support quantity surveying development. * Participate in budget preparation and cost analysis. * Support preparation of documentation for public and private tenders. * Prepare technical reports. * Support project valuation and settlement processes. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for each project. 4. Pre-Feasibility Studies and Project Development * Conduct preliminary information surveys. * Participate in site visits for evaluating existing land and buildings. * Identify technical and regulatory constraints. * Prepare preliminary reports for decision-making. * Participate in technical and economic pre-feasibility studies. * Support collection and organization of information required for project development. 5. Technical Visits and Fieldwork * Conduct technical visits to projects and sites. * Perform architectural and photographic surveys. * Prepare site visit reports. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors as required. * Provide technical support during project execution. REQUIRED PROFILE * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or licensed professional in Architecture. * Prior experience in architecture, technical office, or construction projects is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). * Familiarity with Revit and BIM methodology is desirable. * Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or other visualization software is desirable. * Ability to read and interpret drawings across various specialties. * Knowledge of technical files and building regulations is desirable.
