At PRODUCMEDIC E.I.R.L., a Peruvian company dedicated to the importation and distribution of medical and orthopedic products, we are looking for a Commercial Advisor with a service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented attitude. Responsibilities: - Attend to and advise customers in person and via digital channels (WhatsApp, TikTok, and social media). - Identify customer needs and offer the best solution based on our product portfolio. - Follow up with potential customers and sales opportunities. - Prepare quotations, record orders, and manage related documentation. - Achieve the sales targets set by the company. - Maintain store display, order, and cleanliness. - Assist with daily cash closing and document control. - Deliver high-quality service to support customer retention. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: - Experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred). - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and service orientation. - Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively. - Basic proficiency with digital tools and WhatsApp Business. - Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork skills. - Availability to work on-site in Los Olivos. - Age between 18 and 30 years (as specified by the company’s required profile).
