The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Assist and advise customers on our products and services. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends. * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. * Display and arrange merchandise, label prices and signage. * Perform store cleaning, maintenance, and visual presentation. **Requirements** * Proven experience in sales. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented and goal-driven. * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Positive and proactive attitude. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
