We stand out in the sector by maintaining high standards of quality and safety in patient care. **Join our team and become part of excellence in podiatric health!** **We are looking for: HR Assistant** **Requirements:** * Technical graduate in Human Resources. * 2 years of experience in HR. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Claude **Responsibilities:** * Processing employee onboarding and offboarding * Issuing credentials, access cards, and biometric records * Managing personnel files and documentation * Updating personal and employment records * Coordinating with service providers * Managing insurance policies and beneficiaries * Mapping important dates for celebrations and communications * Launching internal communications and employer branding initiatives * Administrative support to the Talent Analyst * Administrative support to the Payroll Analyst **What do we offer at LIMABLUE?** * **Salary**: S/ 1,300 \- S/ 1,800, subject to evaluation (timely payments every half-month and month-end). * **Formal employment registration** under the General Regime. * **Two annual bonuses.** * **Two annual CTS deposits.** * **Thirty days of vacation per year.** If you are passionate about the HR field and seeking a place to grow, this is your opportunity!
