Compliance with company-established security protocols and communication with supervision. **Security Agent / AVP Simple – North Lima and Central Lima** A leading logistics sector company is seeking personnel for the position of **Security Agent / AVP Simple**, to work at locations in **North Lima and Central Lima**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control personnel, visitor, and vehicle entry and exit. * Conduct preventive patrols within the facilities. * Report incidents occurring during the assigned shift. * Comply with company-established security protocols. * Maintain constant communication with the supervision team. * Support risk prevention and facility protection. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a security agent, preferably certified. * Training or experience related to security, surveillance, or armed forces. * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with rest days scheduled accordingly. * Residence in areas near North Lima or Central Lima, or ability to commute easily. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to performing duties. **Working Conditions:** * Salary between S/ 1,800 and S/ 2,000\. * Full payroll registration from day one. * Bi-weekly payments. * Rotating shifts. * 12-hour workday. * Positive work environment.
