We are currently seeking a committed individual with professional development aspirations to fill the position of: **Barman/Bartender** **(Historic Center) for La Muralla Restaurant.** **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 6 months or 1 year of bar experience. * Knowledge of mixology, cold beverages, and bartending. * Familiarity with BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Availability to work in Central Lima. **What challenges await you?** * Check inventory levels and restock the bar. * Select and clean tableware, glassware, equipment, and tools. * Receive customers, provide advice, and take orders. * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and infusions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety standards for food and utensil handling.
