Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Junior Bartender focused on professional development to prepare beverages, serve customers, and maintain order in the bar area. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in mixology and beverages. 2. Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and infusions. 3. Knowledge of BPM and compliance with hygiene and quality standards. We are Grupo La Muralla, a restaurant with over 20 years of experience. We are currently looking for a committed individual with a desire for professional growth to fill the position of: **Junior Bartender for Puerto 260 Restaurant** **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Knowledge of mixology and cold and hot beverages. * Familiarity with BPM. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one rotating day off. * Availability to work in downtown Lima. **What Challenges Await You?** * Check inventory and restock the bar. * Select and clean barware, glassware, equipment, and tools. * Receive, advise, and take orders from customers. * Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and infusions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety standards for food and utensil handling.
