Join a dynamic team with growth opportunities A 5-star hospitality company seeks to include a graduate in Hospitality and Tourism in its staff: * Completed studies in Bar and Mixology. * Minimum 6 months of experience in prestigious bars. * Customer service and hospitality techniques. * Intermediate English (Mandatory) * Preparation of various types of cocktails. * Availability for afternoon–evening shifts * Intermittent employment modality ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform mise en place for the bar area according to beverage menu requirements, storage conditions, and compliance with health regulations and company specifications. * Prepare beverages using mixology techniques, adhering to technical recipes, health regulations, and company specifications. * Ensure proper washing and polishing of glassware and bar utensils using appropriate cleaning products, in accordance with health regulations and establishment standards. * Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation, production processes, brands, and origins. * Conduct daily beverage inventories for continuous stock control. * Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management. ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Point-based compensation. * Meal allowance.
