At **INKA FISH**, a restaurant specializing in marine and Creole cuisine, we are currently seeking an experienced, responsible, and customer-oriented **Bartender** to join our team at our San Miguel location. We seek a committed, organized individual capable of delivering high-quality service while ensuring the bar area operates smoothly. Schedule * **Monday to Thursday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:** 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * **Day off:** 1 day between Monday and Thursday. Main Responsibilities * Prepare classic cocktails, drinks, and house beverages. * Prepare juices, coffee, and other beverages as required by service needs. * Serve customers at the bar and provide recommendations. * Correctly perform mise en place before each shift. * Keep the bar fully stocked and organized, including supplies and glassware. * Monitor inventory and ensure proper product rotation. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Comply with established hygiene and safety standards. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender. * Valid health certificate or immediate availability to obtain one. * Availability to work in San Miguel.
