Teamwork and high quality standards Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender. * Intermediate or advanced English (mandatory for serving foreign customers). * Knowledge of classic and craft cocktail preparation. * Proficiency in mise en place and inventory control. * Excellent service attitude, communication skills, and teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Preparation and service of beverages and cocktails. * Friendly and personalized customer service. * Maintaining bar organization, cleanliness, and hygiene. * Inventory control and restocking of supplies. * Adherence to Shizen's quality and service standards.
