Job Summary: INKA FISH seeks a Bartender to prepare beverages and cocktails, maintain the bar, and provide cordial customer service in a marine and criolla cuisine restaurant. Maintenance of a clean, organized, and fully equipped bar **INKA FISH**, a restaurant specializing in marine and criolla cuisine, is seeking to hire a **Bartender** with at least 1 year of experience, a positive attitude, and commitment to customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages and cocktails, as well as ensuring the bar remains orderly, well-stocked, and fully operational during service hours. Work Schedule * **Monday to Thursday:** 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:** 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. * **Day off:** 1 day between Monday and Thursday. Main Responsibilities * Prepare drinks, classic cocktails, and house beverages. * Prepare juices, coffee, and other beverages as required by service demands. * Provide friendly service to customers at the bar. * Perform mise en place before service begins. * Verify stock levels of supplies and glassware. * Assist with inventory control and product rotation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly equipped bar. * Comply with hygiene and safety protocols. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Availability to work in San Miguel. * Responsible, organized individual with strong customer service orientation.
