A Peruvian-menu restaurant is seeking a cook to join our kitchen team in Surquillo. The position requires a diligent individual focused on Peruvian seasoning and proficient in seafood dishes for both set-menu and à la carte service. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum (01\) year as a cook in restaurants. * **Specialization:** Proficiency in Peruvian cuisine (stir-fries, stews) and preferably in **seafood cuisine** (ceviche, shellfish, fried fish skin). * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with **GMP** (date labeling and labeling). * **Management:** Ability to conduct daily inventory checks and manage stock levels of ingredients. * **Tools:** Basic knowledge of Office software (Excel/Word) for ingredient reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of menu and à la carte dishes in coordination with the head chef. * Daily preparation of *Mise en Place* to ensure smooth service. * Monitoring of incoming and outgoing products to prevent losses. * Maintaining order and deep cleaning of the work area (before, during, and after each shift). * Collaborating with the team on tasks assigned by the head chef. **We Offer:** * **Statutory benefits.** * A positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities in the culinary field. * Job stability. * MYPE regime.
