Positive work environment We are looking for a **Joy Hostess** for our branch located in **Campoy, San Juan de Lurigancho**. You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch’s business goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers courteously and proactively. * Supervise and care for children on-site. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and facilities. * Support content creation (photos and videos) for commercial purposes. * Inform customers about and promote company services. * Handle cash transactions and support cashier operations. * Achieve the branch’s business targets. * Assist with administrative tasks in the office area. * Follow instructions from supervisors. * Collaborate in classroom care and maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or childcare (**preferred**). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Passion for working with children and in teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Join a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * Positive work environment and development opportunities. * Continuous training. SCHEDULE: Weekdays: 1:00 PM to 9:25 PM Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:45 PM (includes lunch break) 5 days on / 2 days off 48 working hours per week Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
