Job Summary: We are seeking a civil operator to assist with excavation, trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, leveling, and compaction, while maintaining order and safety on site. Work Location: Villa El Salvador – Lima Project Start Date: April 16, 2026 Compensation: S/ 900 per week Requirements: * Proven experience as a civil operator in construction projects * Experience in excavation, trenching, backfilling, and compaction * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment * Experience in civil works for gas, sanitation, or similar projects (desirable) * Good physical condition for fieldwork * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador * Immediate availability * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork Responsibilities: * Assist with excavation and trenching * Assist with pipe installation * Backfilling, leveling, and compaction of soil * Cleaning and organizing the work area * Comply with on-site safety regulations Benefits: * Weekly salary of S/ 900 * Employment on a project basis * Positive work environment Documents Required: * Updated CV * Copy of DNI * Unique Labor Certificate (CUL) Interested candidates must submit complete documentation through this channel.
