Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge Supervisor for a building in Barranco, responsible for reception, surveillance, parcel handling, and registration of common areas, with proficiency in a foreign language. We require personnel to fill the position of **Concierge Supervisor (DAY SHIFT)** at a building in **Barranco**, preferably **MALE** candidates over 26 years of age, productive, committed, and responsible, residing in nearby areas, with foreign language proficiency and fluent conversation skills. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and register entries of owners and their guests into the building. * Monitor security cameras. * Receive parcels, letters, etc. * Maintain records of owners' common areas. * Additionally, remove garbage from the building. **Working Hours:** * 8-hour shift \+ overtime **(12 hrs)** with one day off per week * Daytime schedule **Additional Information:** * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Uniform, photo ID badge, and onboarding regarding duties provided on the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits according to the REMYPE regime. * Monthly salary deposited directly into a payroll account. * Overtime pay. * AFP or ONP enrollment. * 15 days of vacation. * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS. * Life insurance as required by law.
