Job Summary: We are seeking a Concrete Batching Plant Operator to operate and control the batching plant, supply materials, and coordinate with supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and environment China Road and Bridge Corporation – Peru Branch (CRBC Peru), an enterprise dedicated to engineering and construction project development, is looking for a Concrete Batching Plant Operator to join our project located in Chota, Cajamarca. Requirements: * Completed secondary education, technical training, or qualification related to the position. * Minimum of **02 years of experience as a Concrete Batching Plant Operator** in construction projects. * Experience in operation, control, and production of ready-mix concrete. * Knowledge of material batching, concrete quality control, and batching plant equipment operation. * Availability to work under the **civil construction work regime** in Chota, Cajamarca. * Ability to work in a team and comply with safety procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Operate and control the concrete batching plant according to the production schedule. * Supply and control materials required for concrete preparation. * Verify operational parameters and report equipment incidents. * Coordinate with the production department and supervision to meet site requirements. * Comply with established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
