We currently operate a fleet of trucks with load capacities ranging from 1 to 34 tons, strategically located in the district of Villa El Salvador. We are committed to developing our employees' competencies as well as their holistic well-being, enabling them to become key contributors to our success; therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Van Driver holding an A2B driver's license. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? \- 2 years of experience driving vans. \- Minimum 6 months of experience performing deliveries with companies. \- Availability to work in Villa El Salvador starting at 6:00 a.m. WHAT QUALITIES SHOULD I POSSESS? \- Team-oriented attitude \- Ability to work collaboratively \- Proactive mindset \- Effective communication skills WHAT DO WE OFFER? Working Hours: 6:00 a.m. until end of route (transportation and dinner provided after 9:00 p.m.) Salary: S/1275 \+ family allowance S/113 Trip bonus starting from the second trip: up to S/400 Perfect attendance bonus: S/150 Food card: S/130 Villa El Salvador (near Lechón Bridge) Delivery areas: Lima, Small South, and Small North Benefits effective from Day 1: Full payroll registration Timely payments (bi-weekly and month-end) Performance-based bonuses and agreements supporting driver's license acquisition or reclassification.
