Team coordination and quality control **JOB OPPORTUNITY – CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER!** At **GRUPO INT**, we are seeking a **CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER** to join our team in **Huaraz**. **Main Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 4 years of general professional experience. * Proven experience in executing and directing multifamily construction projects. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, quantity surveying, and valuations. * Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. * Knowledge of technical regulations and on-site safety standards. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * Availability for **100% in-person work**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and coordinate the overall execution of the construction project. * Supervise compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, and the technical file. * Coordinate and supervise staff, contractors, and subcontractors. * Monitor construction progress and adherence to the schedule. * Control costs, budget, and resources allocated to the project. * Review and track valuations, extras, deductions, and potential cost overruns. * Coordinate execution across different specialties and resolve inconsistencies. * Supervise proper use of materials, equipment, and resources. * Verify quality of completed work. * Coordinate and address technical queries and observations during execution. * Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Report progress, costs, incidents, and requirements to Management/Technical Office. **Work Location:** Huaraz **Work Modality:** In-person **Join GRUPO INT!** We seek a committed professional with leadership skills and the ability to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our projects. **Apply now!** Send us your CV to participate in our selection process.
