Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Service Contract Administrator: * Conduct necessary contractual analyses to ensure correct payment and proper application of contracted services to the strategic partner. * Coordinate internally within Entel all required instances for the correct execution of the relevant contract. * Ensure proper administration of payments triggered by the contractual relationship. * Analyze risk variables that may impact Entel’s customers due to non-compliance by the strategic partner. * Propose necessary contractual improvements and provisions to protect Entel’s interests. * Coordinate the implementation of improvements in the operational model agreed upon by both parties, based on feedback from Entel’s operations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in contract management with suppliers (strategic partners). * Preferred specialization in service management (ITIL, ISO 20000, or similar). * Experience in telecommunications operations (fiber optics, fixed services). * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operations, B2C and/or B2B service management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier or strategic partner contract management and control. * Experience in contractual validation, service control, and supplier payment calculation. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
