Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation. * Valid health certificate. * Availability to work in the district of San Miguel. Responsibilities: * Prepare assigned dishes while adhering to established standards. * Apply cooking techniques including searing, sautéing, and flambéing. * Organize necessary supplies for service execution. * Ensure proper functioning of the assigned work area. * Monitor cooking times and doneness levels for each dish. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the kitchen station. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Report any incidents to the head chef. * Perform other duties related to the position. Working Conditions: * Fixed schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Microenterprise labor regime. * Remuneration between **S/ 1,800 and S/ 2,000**, based on evaluation.
