Merchandise management and delivery control A 5-star hotel group seeks to include a **Culinary** professional in its staff: * Higher or technical education in culinary arts. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of culinary techniques. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Timely placement of merchandise orders, approved by the Executive Chef, for preparation of various dishes. * Placement of raw material orders required for dish preparation. * Ensure preparation, presentation, and quality of all dishes on the Staff Cafeteria menu. * Perform mise en place for restaurant menus and fulfill menu orders. * Perform mise en place for banquet orders. * Monitor food delivery timing. * Maintain cleanliness of own work area, adhering to hygiene standards. * Supervise cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance condition of equipment and utensils used by assigned staff during their duties. * Ensure cleaning of own work area complies with company-established quality and hygiene procedures. * Instruct team members on various tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly. * Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by immediate supervisor. * Rotating shifts **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Hotel points. * Meal allowance.
