Dynamic and operational role with active on-site presence. **We are looking for an OSH Coordinator!** At **Santa Verena S.A.C. – Zimmermann**, a company dedicated to sausage manufacturing, we are seeking an **OSH Coordinator** ready to take on the challenge of strengthening our Occupational Safety and Health management. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Safety, or related fields. Minimum **2–3 years of experience in OSH**, preferably in industrial or food production plants. Experience in **JSA (Job Safety Analysis), safety inspections, accident investigations, and PPE management**. Knowledge of Peruvian Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Experience in training, emergency drills, emergency management, and high-risk work activities. Proficiency in OSH indicators and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for maintaining control over our plant’s OSH management, ensuring regulatory compliance and reinforcing a genuine **prevention culture**. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and updating JSA and risk maps. Managing PPE, safety inspections, and corrective actions. Implementing the annual training and emergency drill program. Investigating accidents and incidents and conducting follow-ups. Keeping OSH procedures, forms, and records up to date. Supervising safety conditions in production areas, warehouses, and maintenance zones. Managing contractors and high-risk work activities. Tracking safety performance indicators. Coordinating with the OSH Committee/Supervisor.
