Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance **CRUSHER OPERATOR** **Job Summary:** We are currently looking for a **Crushing Operator** to join our Plant team, responsible for operating, controlling, and monitoring crushing circuit equipment and processes, ensuring efficient, continuous, and safe operations in accordance with established procedures and Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards. **Responsibilities or Functions:** * Operate and monitor crushing circuit equipment. * Control the operation of crushers, screens, conveyor belts, and auxiliary equipment. * Conduct operational inspections of equipment before, during, and after operation. * Promptly report any failures, anomalies, or unsafe conditions. * Verify proper mineral flow and feed into the circuit. * Perform cleaning and housekeeping of the work area according to established procedures. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities as required. * Comply with operational procedures, safety standards, and environmental controls. * Record operational parameters and communicate incidents occurring during the shift. * Actively participate in area safety activities, trainings, and inspections. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education; technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mining Operations, or related fields is preferred. * Minimum of **0.5 years’ experience as a Crushing Operator** in concentrator plants or mineral processing plants. * Experience operating crushers, screens, and conveyor belts. * Basic knowledge of mineral crushing and classification processes. * Knowledge of plant operational safety procedures. * Ability to identify substandard conditions and acts. * Availability to work under a **20 × 10** schedule. * Commitment, responsibility, teamwork capability, and safety orientation. **Benefits:** * Accommodation, meals, and PPE provided by the company. * Professional development opportunities. * Statutory social benefits. * **Preference given to candidates residing in the southern region of the country (AREQUIPA-PUNO-CUSCO-TACNA).** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
