Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Experience Host with a service-oriented attitude, energy, and customer focus to actively engage with our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with order taking and follow-up **Join Pickadeli, where your energy truly counts!** At **Pickadeli**, a Peruvian healthy food restaurant chain, we seek individuals with a **service-oriented attitude, energy, and customer focus** to join our team as a **Customer Experience Host – Part-Time**. **Work Location:** Pickadeli branch inside the Interbank Tower **What We Offer:** **Formal employment from day one**, under the MYPE labor regime. **Subsidized meals:** Daily menus for only S/ 6\. **S/ 50 bonus for punctuality**, subject to benefit conditions. **Birthday leave**, upon prior coordination. **Discounts at Pickadeli.** **Career progression opportunities.** **Your Responsibilities:** * Greet and guide our customers during their visit. * Explain the menu, products, promotions, and assist customers in selecting purchases. * Provide product recommendations and **suggestive selling**. * Assist with order taking using a **tablet during peak hours**. * Organize the pickup area and guide customers during order collection. * Follow up on delayed orders and coordinate with the team to expedite service. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and visual presentation of the station. * Collect feedback and comments from our customers. * During low-traffic periods, support local operational tasks.
