Customer Service – Beef \& Beer Beef \& Beer is currently seeking Customer Service staff with a positive attitude, service orientation, and commitment to delivering an excellent experience to our customers. Main Responsibilities \* Greet and assist customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. \* Introduce yourself to customers and provide personalized service. \* Accurately take and record orders. \* Thoroughly understand and clearly communicate the menu, promotions, and available products. \* Ensure orders are delivered correctly and within established timeframes. \* Maintain cleanliness and order in tables, dining areas, and service zones. \* Set up, prepare, and arrange tables. \* Promptly remove used tableware and utensils. \* Coordinate and support the team to ensure smooth service delivery. \* Address customer inquiries, requests, and feedback, seeking timely solutions. \* Adhere to company-established protocols regarding service, hygiene, safety, and personal appearance. \* Support various operational activities required for the proper functioning of the dining area. Requirements \* Prior experience in customer service, restaurants, cafés, or other service establishments. (Preferred) \* Strong communication skills and courteous interpersonal demeanor. \* Service-oriented mindset and customer focus. \* Ability to work effectively in a team. \* Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. \* Professional personal appearance. \* Availability to work rotating shifts.
