Job Summary: We are seeking developers with a strong technical foundation and sound judgment to solve business problems with software quickly, securely, and sustainably, leveraging AI as support. Use of AI for code generation, refactoring, and testing. **Software Developer.** We seek developers with solid technical foundations, the ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs, and a willingness to learn multiple technologies. The focus will not be solely on programming, but on solving business problems with software quickly, securely, and sustainably. **Mandatory Requirements.** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience developing applications, APIs, integrations, or enterprise systems. * Experience with relational databases and Git version control. * Backend and/or frontend experience with at least one of the technology stacks defined by NOVIT. * Availability to complete a 3-month in-person training program in Lima, followed by remote work from Chiclayo. **Preferred Stack and Skills** **Backend** Java / Spring Boot, .NET / C\#, Python. **Frontend** Angular, TypeScript / JavaScript, HTML / CSS. **Data** PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL. **Integration** REST APIs, services, system integration. **Tools** Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD (desirable). **Applied AI** GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or other programming agents. **Main Responsibilities** * Build new features for NOVIT’s products and projects. * Develop and maintain APIs, services, and integrations with external systems. * Implement requirements defined by Functional Analysts for Processes and AI. * Use AI agents and assistants for code generation, refactoring, documentation, and testing—while maintaining mandatory human review. * Perform unit and integration testing and fix defects. * Participate in code reviews and apply security and maintainability standards. * Document components and integrations, and support deployments and incident resolution. * Collaborate closely with functional analysts, QA, consultants, and business users.
