We especially value the ability to resolve situations during service, maintain effective communication with the team, and ensure every customer enjoys a satisfying experience. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position. * **Attractive personal tips, averaging S/400 to S/600 per month**, depending on business volume and service performance. * Meals provided during working hours. * Timely biweekly payments. * Bonus for achievement of objectives. * Benefits under the microenterprise regime. * Positive work environment. * **Career path and growth opportunities within the company.** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the foodservice industry. * Experience leading and supervising front-of-house teams. * Strong communication skills and leadership ability. * Ability to resolve problems and handle incidents during service. * Availability to work onsite in **San Miguel**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and assign dining room staff duties for each shift. * Supervise service quality, staff presentation, and dining room order and cleanliness. * Monitor attendance and performance of the assigned team. * Resolve incidents and provide prompt solutions during service. * Ensure customers receive courteous and efficient service. * Prepare reports and communicate operational incidents. * Enforce hygiene and safety standards. * Supervise proper use of dining room equipment, materials, and tools. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service. * **Serve tables and provide direct customer service.** **Schedule:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one day off between Monday and Thursday.
