




Job Summary: This position focuses on maintaining cleanliness and order in the dishwashing and kitchen areas, ensuring the availability of clean utensils. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain constant cleanliness and order in the dishwashing and kitchen areas. 2. Ensure proper handling of cleaning products and supplies. 3. Timely supply of clean utensils to the kitchen and dining area. * Maintain constant order and cleanliness in the dishwashing area. * Assist with general kitchen cleaning (floors, worktables, drains, restrooms, etc.). * Properly sort waste and comply with hygiene and sanitation standards. * Ensure correct handling of cleaning products and appropriate use of supplies. * Experience in dishwashing in restaurants (preferred). * Knowledge of operating industrial dishwashers. * **Timely supply of clean utensils to the kitchen and dining area.** * Assist with organizing and storing tableware and utensils in their designated locations. * Report any damage or loss of utensils or equipment. * Comply with restaurant safety protocols and quality standards.
