Job Summary: Responsible for washing, organizing, and maintaining kitchen tableware and utensils, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure hygiene and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards Dishwashing: Responsible for effectively and quickly washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils; using appropriate dishwashing equipment and disinfectants to ensure hygiene. Organization and storage: Sorting and organizing clean tableware to facilitate access by kitchen and service staff. Maintenance of kitchen utensils and restocking of supplies. * **Coordination with kitchen staff:** Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and communicate effectively regarding clean tableware requirements. * **Cleaning equipment operation:** Safely and efficiently operate dishwashing equipment, such as industrial dishwashers. * **Tableware inspection:** Inspect tableware and utensils to ensure they are clean and in suitable condition for use, and report any damage or need for repair. * **Work efficiency:** Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize service speed and efficiency. * **Hygiene and health:** Strictly follow hygiene and food safety standards.
